Ken Walsh - Breathnach joined An Cumann Staire in 2008 during his first year at Ollscoil na hÉireann Gaillimh. He subsequently served on the Coiste as a Gnáth Bhall an Choiste for 2008/09 and was nominated onto the Coiste for 2009/10 in the same role. His many duties have included supporting the OCP (PRO) for 2008/09 through poster design and distribution, organising the very successful Cóisir na Samhna 2009 and the annual craic filled event that is Cóisir na Nollag for the same year. For the year 2010/11 Ken is furthering his studies at the Humboldt-Universität in Berlin and plans to build links between their history student organisation and the Cumann Staire.

Ken is originally from the capital of Ireland, Baile Átha Cliath, on the east coast. He can speak English and German and has a strong interest in modern European history.
